PURPOSE
The purpose of the Highland Retirement Center is to provide secure, pleasant, comfortable accommodations for senior citizens in their retirement years. This center was carefully designed to provide everything needed for retired people, yet allow them to be as active as they desire. It is in town, yet it is located on a nineteen acre tract of land which provides a quiet, traffic free residence. It provides easy walking areas for those who need exercise, both on sidewalks or country strolls.
If we can add a few more years to their life, and a little more life to their years, our purpose will be service. It is a Christian retirement center and we seek occupants who are good neighbors and who respect the rights of their neighbors.
The Retirement Complex is located in one of the choice locations here in Tecumseh. It is bordered on the south by Highway 9, the east by Highway 177, the north by Beech Street and on the west by Sharon Road. It has easy access from the north or south, yet is virtually traffic free. The homes are located on a circular drive, with ample parking for residents and guests. All streets and parking lots are paved, curbed and guttered. The complex also has been carefully engineered to ensure efficient drainage of the entire site.
HOME OPTIONS
Each unit is completely self-sufficient. Each has its own heat and air conditioning system, electric, gas and water service. All units have natural gas heat, ranges and hot water tanks. All units are carpeted. Each unit has a bath tub and shower. All units are equipped with TV cable.
